How can I reduce my nostrils/fleshy tip as well as adjust my nose a bit more symmetrically to my face? (Photos)

Your nose can be refined with rhinoplasty surgery.  Specifically, the size and shape can be adjusted.  It is difficult to make specific recommendations from the limited photos.  I suggest an in person consultation with a surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty surgery.  Good Luck!

The shape of the nose is the shape of the architecture. In order to change your nasal shape you will have to have strong grafting to the nose ie. Cartilage. The nostrils can be thinned but the skin itself cannot be thinned much because it injures the blood supply and can cause complications. 

What you have described is part of most rhinoplasty procedures.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. This can also help improve your nasal symmetry.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate

A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish modifying the cartilage  and the bone of the nose, not the skin. Thick skin in the tip of the nose will prevent refinement in that area. The dorsal hump can be shaved down  and the bridge line narrowed. An alar-plasty can accomplish narrowing wide nostrils.  Digital computer imaging performed in the office setting would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose on your facial feature.  For more information  and many examples, please see the link and the video below

jimenezgabriel13, your photos are not aligned ideally but it appears to me that you may benefit more from a chin implant than nose surgery. In any event, see an experienced surgeon that does "onlyfaces" and has plenty of good photos. See the video and good luck!

Hi Gabriel,You are a great candidate for surgical rhinoplasty. The cost of this procedure will vary depending on geographic location and experience. Based on the pictures you provided, you seem to have a wide nasal bridge and a bulbous tip. Depending on the reason for your bulbous tip- surgery may require defatting the tip, cartilage grafting, and/or reshaping, this will reduce the width and bulbosity of your nose. The bridge of your nose can be slimmed down. I recommend doing research on facial plastic surgeons and scheduling a consultation. During the consultation you can ask to have your nose computer imaged so you and the surgeon can discuss what changes you would like to make. This will also give you a realistic picture of what your nose could look like. It is imperative to find a surgeon who has performed many rhinoplasties; this will help avoid any future revisions.
