You need a good closed scarless rhinoplasty to achieve your goals.  Find a surgeon who specializes exclusively in closed scarless rhinoplasty as 100% of his career.  Bringing your tip in, narrowing the nose and shaving the profile so it all comes together to a beautiful smaller nose is the key.  This should ONLY be done with the scarless approach.  All the best

Thanks for the images and good question. The key to success in all cases will be a full assessment of your facial proportions and then plan a procedure to achieve your goals. i do think your goals are achievable but the final result will be dependant on your ski  type and skin thickness.  it is the skin thickness that determines the definition of the the tip, as thicker skin means less definition.
i would suggest a full assessment and consultation to evaluate what may need to change and the potential final result

Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving nasal narrowing, tip narrowing, tip elevation and hump removal. Consider consulting with several rhinoplasty specialists so you could review computer imaging and help to determine if rhinoplasty might be right for you. Thanks for sharing your images and storyAll of the goals you desire are the things that a rhinoplasty can achieve.Ie hump reduction and tip definition.Releasing the depressor sept muscle, can help the appearance of your nose when you smile but only the tip.It doesn't make much difference to the width of the base of the nose.I hope this helps and good luck
