Rhinoplasty: how to achieve a more defined nasal bridge and refined/smaller tip + remove hump on bridge of nose? (Photo)

Question

So I have always hated my bulbous nose. My bridge begins defined (love) but doesn't continue for the entirety of the nose length. I want to achieve the looks like in my wish photos, is this possible for me? I know the hump can be removed, but am I able to get nasal definition for the entire length of my nose, while also making my tip not so long and also making the bottom part of my nose less wide. It's fine when I don't smile but when I smile my nose goes too broad and Doesn't look feminine.

You need a good closed scarless rhinoplasty to achieve your goals.  Find a surgeon who specializes exclusively in closed scarless rhinoplasty as 100% of his career.  Bringing your tip in, narrowing the nose and shaving the profile so it all comes together to a beautiful smaller nose is the key.  This should ONLY be done with the scarless approach.  All the best

Thanks for the images and good question. The key to success in all cases will be a full assessment of your facial proportions and then plan a procedure to achieve your goals. i do think your goals are achievable but the final result will be dependant on your ski  type and skin thickness.  it is the skin thickness that determines the definition of the the tip, as thicker skin means less definition.
i would suggest a full assessment and consultation to evaluate what may need to change and the potential final result

Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving nasal narrowing, tip narrowing, tip elevation and hump removal. Consider consulting with several rhinoplasty specialists so you could review computer imaging and help to determine if rhinoplasty might be right for you. One of the models you posted has extreme definition on her nose from make up and airbrush. Goals of surgery may be to provide a smaller nasal appearance that blends in. Hope this helps. Thank you. Thanks for sharing your images and storyAll of the goals you desire are the things that a rhinoplasty can achieve.Ie hump reduction and tip definition.Releasing the depressor sept muscle, can help the appearance of your nose when you smile but only the tip.It doesn't make much difference to the width of the base of the nose.I hope this helps and good luck
