It is acceptable to undergo dental work 18 days after the rhinoplasty procedure. Look for a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for best results, since rhinoplasty is one of the hardest operations to perform in the entire field of cosmetic surgery.
Check with your surgeon and dentist to coordinate. It likely won't be an issue but if the tooth is on the top row you may be still experiencing some soreness, especially if there was some bony work done. 3 or 4 weeks after rhinoplasty is likely adequate, but since your surgeon is the one who knows what he or she is doing with the bones and cartilage of the nose let them make that decision with you.
