I recently got a nose job 5 days ago and I'm doing good, not in pain. But I have not bruised at all. I was wondering if I'm going to bruise, and if it's normal that I haven't bruised.
Answer: Lucky you Hello. If you haven't bruised in 5 days, chances are you wont bruise at all. Same is true for pain. The reason for you healing so fast may be that your surgeon did not have to do extensive work to achieve the desired results. And, or your body has a wonderful ability to heal itself quickly. So, lucky you. I hope you are happy with your surgical results.

I usually tell my patients that if we are doing osteotomies, they will likely get bruising. If we don't do osteotomies, they will likely not get bruising.
