Labiaplasty bumps from stitches. Are they too tight? (photo)

Bumps or scalloping along labiaplasty scars are a product of crude suturing techniques. At 48 hours, there is too much swelling in your photo to determine anything about bumps due to poor suturing or bumps due to swelling. The only thing I can say is that the area will look much flatter in a few weeks when the swelling resolves.

...Really hard to say right now, so soon after surgery, but there do seem to be some strange suture lines. Don't drive yourself crazy, as LP incisions frequently look GHASTLY in the first 1-2 weeks, only to smooth out fine!  For now, direct any concerns to your surgeon; if it still looks weird at 3-4 weeks post-op, send us a new photo along with this one & we'll go from there. Too early to tell. Yes there are bumps there and you'll have to wait and see in 3-6 months how they all settle down.
