Wrinkles on the labia majora are common and normal, but some women dislike the appearance and want to see a smoother contour. If there is not a significant amount of excess skin, the best option is fat injections. The fat can be harvested from anywhere nearby - thighs, lower abdomen and only a small amount is required so recovery is quick and easy. Some of the fat will absorb, but additional sessions of fat injections can be done a needed.

Your outer lips are wrinkled probably because they stretched.  Sometimes it is due to fat loss, pregnancy, or congenital.  The skin of the majora can be reduced to make it tighter and to reduce wrinkles.  If you have pubic fat, it can be liposuctioned, If it is extensive with drooping, then skin and fat need to be removed with stabilization of your pubic skin to the muscle.  I have published extensively on these procedures. 

Thank you for sharing.  Your photos are not very clear so I will base my answer on your description.   It sounds like you might benefit form a labiaplasty majora  and liposuction of the mons pubis area or an excision of the excess skin around the mons area. These procedures are very straight forward and typically offer excellent results with great patient satisfaction.   As always, make sure you do your homework and find an experienced surgeon to perform these.

After losing weight, as in your case, or with aging women will be bothered by their labia majora which have also lost their volume. There have been typically two options for this, both requiring surgery. One is Labia Majora Reduction which can be performed as an in-office procedure. The other is Fat transfer to the labia majora.  The second, though, will give you a fuller labia majora which most of my patients don't wan't. They typically want a slim and tidy look.Now your excess fat over your pubic bone is your mons. Women of all shapes and sizes may have a larger mons than they like which can be bothersome to them. This can be improved through Liposculpture.My recommendation for you would be an in-office Liposculpture of the pubic mons and labia majora with tumescent anesthesia followed by labia majora reduction all in the same surgery.  This is quite similar to performing abdominal liposuction with mini-tummy tuck. The results are very nice.You should seek out a cosmetic surgeon experienced in both liposculpture and vaginal rejuvenation.   

Labia Majora wrinkle likely due to loss of fat from recent weight loss.  Can consider a new nonsurgical, nonpainful feminine rejuvenation procedure called Thermiva.  It will produce a younger looking labia with improved blood supply, sensitivity, and plumper tissue.  Added benefit of the procedure includes added labial and vaginal sensitivity and tightening.  As for the mons area fat, can consider either needleless mesotherapy, traditional mesotherapy, or liposuction. 

Hello!The "wrinkles" you describe actually involve your labia majora, which is part of your "vulva," the outer part of your genitals (the "vagina" is all "inside...")First, nothing is "abnormal" here, as I suspect you already know. There are lots of variations in normality, and in reality, many women are not bothered, and many women ARE bothered by folds & redundancy in this area.To "fix" this, you have 3 chouces:1. Yes, There are things which can be done to address your concerns.   Fat grafting is a great way of filling in the areas of wrinkling.  The fat of the Mons (area above where your labia begin) can either be liposuctioned, if your skin is tight or the skin of your lower belly might need to be tightened.   Which procedures are best for you will need to be determined in person by an experienced Plastic Surgeon.  Good Luck

is what I appreciate from your photos.  With aging, the majora can atrophy and lose its fill/volume.  To remedy this, you could have a skin excision or fat grafting, depending on what your goals were.  You should discuss with an experience local surgeon and find out what will be best for you.
