Will piercings help my nipples be erect more or will surgery be the only thing to help? (Photos)

Thank you for the question and pictures. Yes, your photographs to demonstrate some of the characteristics seen with tuberous/constricted breasts. Generally speaking, some of the characteristics seen with tuberous breasts include a very narrow base, short distance from areola to inframammary fold, tight (constricted) lower pole of the breasts, relatively wide space between the breasts, "puffy" areola and some degree of ptosis (drooping).  

Generally,  correction of tuberous breast anomalies involves breast augmentation with areola reduction / mastopexy procedure. The distance from the inframammary fold is increased (to create a more rounded out appearance). Proper implant positioning improves the distance (cleavage) between the breasts. The areola reduction helps to treat the pointed and "puffy" appearance of the areola.   

My best advice: when the time is right, select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your concerns and goals carefully, as  well.   I find that the use of goal photographs and computer imaging are very helpful during this communication phase. Nipple piercings can help someone with inverted nipples but your problem is an areolar tuberous breast.  A  periareolar mastopexy could help and would be less expensive than an augmentation.   

May have slight tuberous breast deformity with herniation of some of the breast tissue through the areola.  Tuberous breast come in a wide spectrum and you may have a mild case.  Either way, nipple piercing will not really have any affect on how things look.Once you are financial secure to more forward with the procedure I would seek out a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.Hope that helps.
