My biggest problem is the center of my nose especially my tip. Its too droopy, wide and most importantly it protruded too far out. I would like my nose tip to be reduced in projection, narrowed and titled slightly upwards for a more supported and shorter/circular tip. My bridge isnt a huge problem but its contour is very bumpy making a bumpy transition from the bridge to the tip. So i want my bridge to align and have a smooth transition into my tip. Is all this possible with my thick skin?

Answer: African American NATURAL rhinoplasty. African American NATURAL rhinoplasty with refinement of your tip and correction of the droopiness and narrowing of the base can be done. How thin your tip can be made depends on the thickness of your skin and I need to feel that in order to give you an answer. You should have a more attractive nose if you see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

Answer: Rhinoplasty candidate for droopy nose and wide bridge The rhinoplasty procedure can address your concerns with reduction of bulbous and wide circular tip. The bridge can be narrowed and the tip lifted and de-projected. To narrow the bridge line, osteotomies of the nasal bones are required. To narrow the tip, suture techniques are applied to the lower lateral cartilages. Wide nostrils are narrowed with an alar plasty procedure which involves a small excision of skin at the base of the nostrils.
