Is it possible to get the center of my nose similar to Lauren London with my thick nose tip?

I think you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty.  Your nasal tip can be refined and the entire nose narrowed.  You are also an excellent case to barrow the nostrils using alar wedge resections which will significantly reduce the flare. To me, that appears to have been done in Lauren London.

I think there is room for refinement of your nasal tip. However I'm not sure you'll be able to get it to look like the photo you've provided. Her skin is thinner than yours. It will be more difficult to achieve those results.  What may provide you with the greatest improvement with be alar sill and flare reduction. Good luck.

The rhinoplasty procedure can address your concerns with reduction of bulbous and wide circular tip. The bridge can be narrowed and the tip lifted and de-projected. To narrow the bridge line, osteotomies of the nasal bones are required. To narrow the tip, suture techniques are applied to the lower lateral cartilages. Wide nostrils are narrowed with an alar plasty procedure which involves a small excision of skin at the base of the nostrils.
