I have a silicone implant in my nose, but I want it more defined, I heard that going for temporary nose fillers twice can give some permanent effect and I won't need to go for it anymore, is that true?

Answer: Nose fillers I have frequently injected filler to augment an existing silicone implant. The technique must be modified and more conservative in order to avoid disturbing the blood supply around the implant as well as avoiding infection. I prefer Voluma which is a long lasting and reversible filler. It lasts 1-2 years. I find that in some patients, the body begins to replace the Voluma with its own collagen over time. It can sometimes take more than two injections, but I do see that patients require less and less frequent injections overtime. Hope this helps!
