Tear trough fat grafting - I look worse now than before. What are the options to correct it? I’m 5 months post op

Question

After experimenting with a filler to fill in under my eyes , I decided to have the fat grafting since I was having surgery anyway. I am not having a good experience it has change my facial anatomy and my deep circles look worse then before . I asked for a Kenolog 10 Injection 6 weeks and had another one yesterday . I see a slight improvement. I will not lipo my face as that may create worse problems. The only other option I know is radio frequency . Any other suggestions ? Thanks .

Poor results with fat grafting of the lower eyelid? I have done fat grafting for 40 years but I do NOT inject any permanent filler in the lower eyelid area. This is because it almost always forms a "sausage" after. Steroid injections usually make it worse. Revision surgery done by a Very experienced surgeon is the best way to handle this in my opinion.
