So I have always been a bit on the fluffy side and when i got into fitness i couldnt loose my belly and love handles. I decided to get surgery. I tons of fat in my mid section. From my waist line to my belly button, the results came out lumpy and disproportionate. And had the cottage cheese look. I went under 2 times. The second was to try and fix it. It was a lot better from the first surgery but still not the results i want! I had massages both times after surgery as well as ultrasound therapy
