Thank you for your question regarding liposuction to your upper arm after weight loss. Basically, you have three options. 1) You can do nothing and live with the arm as it is. 2) undergo liposuction. 3) Or for the best result, undergo an arm lift. If you cannot handle the arm lift scar, do not have the incision in the armpit. If you cannot take the risk of perhaps some loose arm skin, do not have the arm liposuction. In regards to what modality of liposuction to have, I would suggest VASER liposuction. I do not believe cool sculpting will give you much, if any results. VASER liposuction to the arm can give a well-sculpted muscular arm. The benefit of the VASER liposuction is that it heats the skin and maximizes skin contractility. No other liposuction machines perform the amount of skin retraction that the VASER achieves. When consulting with a plastic surgeon for VASER liposuction of the arms, please make sure they are board-certified and have experience in VASER liposuction of the arms. Both modalities will work, it appears that you have fantastic skin laxity from your pictures and both Vaser and Smart Lipo will help melt the fat and a power sculpting of the arms should help with the definition and give you an excellent result.  The key will be who is performing the procedure.  An experienced lipo specialist will give you the best results
