Answer: Vaser liposuction liposculpture vaser hi-def traditional liposuction Thank you for your questions regarding liposuction or liposculpture. During liposculpting or traditional liposuction, an incision is made and tumescent solution is injected. Once the tumescent solution has settled 15-30 minutes, a liposuction cannula is inserted and fat is removed. This is liposculpture or traditional liposuction. VASER Liposuction adds another step. After the tumescent solution is injected, the VASER probe is injected. VASER emits ultrasonic energy to help melt the fat and heat the skin. Melting the fat with the VASER yields more fat during the liposuction procedure. Heating the skin with the VASER maximizes skin contractility and skin shrinkage and overall gives better results than traditional liposuction. After the VASER probe has been used, traditional liposuction cannula is inserted, and more fat is removed. Therefore, traditional liposuction is a two-step procedure: injection of tumescent solution and fat aspiration. Vaser liposuction is a three-step procedure: injection of the tumescent solution, melting the fat and heating the undersurface of the skin with the VASER, and fat aspiration. In my opinion, VASER liposuction gives a more superior result than traditional liposuction. It increases the fat yield and maximizes skin contractility. When seeking liposuction procedure seek an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon with many years of experience. If you have any other questions regarding VASER liposuction or plastic surgery, call my office. I hope I answered your question! Thanks, Dr. Timothy Katzen

Answer: Liposuction Candidate--VASER HI DEF 4D Liposculpture, ThermiRF, fat grafting, possible Tummy Tuck For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck, depending on skin laxity. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Vaser Lipo or liposculpture Thak you for your question and provide us with your images. Liposculpture or conventional liposuction is use to eliminate deposits of fat located in different parts of the body, and lipovaser is also use to get fat out of those regions with little fat, it can be anywhere on your body, is less invasive, powerful enough to remove fat from any area of the body and soft enough to treat delicated areas and protect other tissues from demage. Based on your pictures you appear to be a good candidate for a lipovaser of the abdomen (3D), back and waist. VASER is a procedure that works really good but you have to wait a least 1 or 2 months to see the results, also you need to know that everyones body respondes differently. All the best!!
