Answer: I had Vaser lipo today: I paid for abdominal and flanks, but I see no incisions where the flanks are? With your very limited description and no posted photos very hard to guess exactly what went on in this presented case... My bet is you had this lipo under local anesthesia, not with a boarded PS,.. Most likely at a "clinic" not private practice office. The Florida Board of Medicine office surgery rule for liposuction operation only is a max of 4 liters supernatant fat. Plus your weight of 204 leads me to believe you BMI was to high to have surgery that would give a effective result.

Answer: VASER liposuction of the flanks Vaser liposuction of the flanks requires consideration of the anterior and posterior flanks; the anterior flanks can be removed using the peri-vaginal incision using curved 30cm cannulas; often the posterior flank is of more significance and does require you to be put onto your tummy and have a buttocks port site to remove the posterior flank fat. A consultation with a Vaser specialist would be very useful for you to get a more accurate answer.
