Removal of fat between eyebrows?

Photos would really be helpful here, though they do not substitute for a formal exam in the office. It may be that you have heavy muscles in this area, which may respond to softening with Botox. You may also have a low brow which can be improved with browlifting. Fat excess in this area is not the usual explanation for a heavy-looking or angry-looking brow, but lots of things are possible causes. Post some photos and you'll get some more informative replies and then go in for a few consults with local board-certified plastic surgeons to assess you in person.

It is best to have an in-office examination to determine what is causing the heavy area above your nose and below your forehead. It may be fat, muscle, or skin, or a combination of all three.
