Will my implants appear smaller as they drop and fluff? They are way bigger than what I was expecting! (Photos)

Thanks for your question! You absolutely have to be patient and give the process time. Things are swollen, high and hard right now. I suspect you will look very similar to your goal photo. Good luck!

I understand it is difficult, but try not to stress at this point.  As much education as we try to provide patients, it is very common for patients to believe that they will wake up to #perfectbreasts right after surgery.  Healing is a process, it takes time.  Keep in mind your pec muscles have been stretched and manipulated to allow for implant placement. This can cause your breasts to appear somewhat higher and temporarily distorted or unnatural-looking.  It will take time for space at the IMF to the nipple to stretch out to accommodate the implants and for the implants to settle. As your healing progresses, they will get prettier and prettier.  I recommend keeping all of your follow up appointments with your plastic surgeon. Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon's care team.  They will guide you through the process for the best possible outcome.

Given you are very early in the healing process, it will be some time before they drop and not look so long.  It takes about 4 months or so to appreciate your results.  During this time the volume will shift and redistribute and your breast will change.  Most patients do say they look smaller once they are 4 months out.
Be patient, continue with your surgeons follow ups.  295 cc vs 310 cc is not a significant difference and you would not appreciate much difference between the two.
