Is 415cc silicone breast implant large enough to make a B cup go to a D cup?

Thanks for your question. It is really difficult to comment on the right implant size without an exam, chest wall measurements and a thorough discussion about your goals, preferably with goal photos. I recommend going back to your plastic surgeon if you are having second thoughts, and they can help with this.

Thanks for your question!  Every patient is different, but we typically say about 100-150cc will take a patient up a cup size.  With that logic in mind, you may end up even larger than a D cup; however, every company and every bra varies.  If you were able to try on the implants and you like the look in the mirror, you will like your results afterwards!  Then, whatever bra you wear, you wear.  Best of luck!

Good morning and thank you for your question.  This is a difficult question to answer.  As you may know, you may wear a B cup from one store, and a C cup from another.  I use approximately 200cc per cup size.  So, you should go up 2 full cup sizes with the 415cc implant. However, it is never a guarantee.  Best wishes in your future surgery!
