Is it possible to give more character to a nose by adding a small bump, for example? photo)

Adventurous1652
I really don’t like my nose, it’s boring and lacks character, on top of that it seems that I have a prominent nasal spine, is it possible to achieve the result that I showed in the pictures by shaving off a bit of the nasal spine and adding a small bump to make it look more Roman? And if so, How would it affect the front?
