I really don’t like my nose, it’s boring and lacks character, on top of that it seems that I have a prominent nasal spine, is it possible to achieve the result that I showed in the pictures by shaving off a bit of the nasal spine and adding a small bump to make it look more Roman? And if so, How would it affect the front?
Answer: Rhinoplasty Your nose looks fine to me. It is always easier to reduce a nose than to try to build it up which would require a graft or implant. A lot of times they don’t end up looking too natural. My advice is to leave it alone and don’t take the risk.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question as well as sending images. From an facial plastic surgeon's view, your before is more aesthetic than the after. That said, if you are determined to make those changes, I would recommend consulting with a board certified surgeon who regularly performs rhinoplasty to explore your options. Video imaging or even trying things out with a hyaluronic acid filler can allow you to see how things would look before proceeding with surgery.Hope that helps!

Answer: How to make less boring nose Only on the basis of 3D simulation you may get some idea what kind of change in nose shape may fit your goal. Many board certified plastic or ENT surgeons, with expertise in rhinoplasty, would have 3D simulation/imaging available in the office; 3 imaging can be used to create nose that you like. After creating such a model, patient and surgeon should discuss what it takes to achieve projected result. Good luck.

Answer: Is it possible to give more character to a nose by adding a small bump, for example? Hello and thank you for the inquiry. It's funny that most of the people try to get rid of the hump, while you are trying to get one. ^^ You could have fillers or a silicon implant to achieve the look you desire. But I had to say that I would recommend other procedures to change the nose and make it more masculine than making a nasal bump. It is my personal opinion, but a straight line looks better than a nose with a bump, but that would be your choice. Try to go for an in-office consultation to get more information about the procedures that you could have. Good luck~ ^^

Answer: Adding a hump to the nasal bridge Hi and welcome to our forum! Personally, I prefer the "before" photo to the "after" simulation. However, one can temporarily augment the nasal bridge with a hyaluronic acid filler which will add fullness to the bridge for a period of 6-12 months. This can be repeated indefinitely. If you find the result pleasing, the nose could be permanently augmented with a cartilage graft. There are additional methods to masculinize the nose. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for in-person evaluation and discussion. Best wishes...
