Why is my eyes uneven? Im really insecure about it and is there any way to solve this issue without surgery? (photo)

Eyelid asymmetry in asian eyes is almost always related to asymmetric muscle strength in the eye-opening muscle (ptosis). This is corrected surgically, usually in conjunction with placement of a crease. Correction can also be done with a suture technique, with most of the work being performed on the undersurface of the lid. Once the vertical opening of the lids are made more even, most people will not notice much asymmetry. The horizontal width and tilt of the eyes are not easily changed and I don't recommend trying to change them.

Your other post shows your asymmetry better. This set of photos are so similar, many surgeons can't see your concerns. Eyelids are adjusted with surgery. If you are serious, you need a personal assessment where the potential surgeon puts their hands on your eyelids. A Skype consultation is not the same thing. You clearly have a concern about the eyelids that is not well captured with the photos.
