Is it possible to change the eye and eye socket shape?

Hello. Is it possible to change the bony structure around the eye to obtain a different look/glance? I see that the eye socket contouring is formed by the Zygomatic bone and the brow bone and I was wondering if it’s possible to reshape them and maybe adding volume with bone cement or Thank you.
