Photos show pre-surgery, no makeup, marked up before surgery and results 8 weeks later. Although there is some small improvement it's not what I was expecting and now I have scars that I'm self conscious about. Will I need further surgery or am I stuck with these bags forever?

Answer: It is not a bad lower blepharoplasty result.
Eye shape is dictated by multiple structures including eyelids, eyeballs, orbits, and surrounding structures. Changes can be made but there are limitations based on individual anatomy and safety. Personal evaluation is needed to determine what is possible.
