The incision could be a smidge higher and that would have allowed it to hide better close the eyelashes. However moving this incision line is an enormous project. At 8 weeks, you will still have further healing over the next few months. I recommend being patient and letting the eyelids heal at least 6 months before making a decision about your surgical result.

The surgical results look excellent based on the photos you posted. The puffiness you had under your eyes previously is gone.I suspect you want further smoothing of the transition between the lower eyelid and cheek. This can be accomplished using filler injections if desired.

Thank you for your question and photos. I tell my patients that although the majority of swelling subsides around 6 weeks postop, full healing takes place over the course of a year. You are still early enough that you may very well see more improvement in the coming months. I would recommend going to see your surgeon and talking with them, as they may have suggestions on how to best help the healing process. Hope this helps!

You are still in the early stage of healing. What you are seeing may not be your final results yet. It usually takes around 3 to 6 months to see your final results as you fully heal. You may still be experiencing swelling and some tissue tightness which can temporarily alter the results. These should resolve in time as you heal. 

Based on your photograph the bags underneath the eyes are gone. Eight weeks is too early to judge the result of the surgery for lower lids. It can take up to six months to see the final result and I would suggest that you wait the full 6 months before doing any other procedures.
