Taking Panadol night to sleep after breast augmentation?

Hey, I would like to know if it's safe to take panadol night at day 3 after my BA

Dear Bas,   Panadol night contains Acetaminophen (Tylanol) and Benadryl, which is ok to take after surgery. However,  Benadryl is a sedative and since you, most likely, will take also strong narcotic pain medication after surgery , you will have to be careful with the amount of pain medication that you will take , in order  to avoid being over sedated. It will be prudent on your part to discuss it with your surgeon or your anesthesia provider.   Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery , to make surge that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking.                             Best of luck,                                                 Dr Widder

Panadol is acetaminophen. As long as you are not taking more than 4g of acetaminophen is 24hours, you are fine to take this drug for sleep. To be sure, please check with your surgeon's office. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
