Congratulations on your decision to have breast implant surgery.  There is no reason why you cannot have your consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon now.  However it is best that you wait to have breast augmentation surgery until 6-12 months after finished breast-feeding.

If you are concerned about your hormone levels, best to seek the counsel of an endocrinologist.   Breast size is not a very accurate indicator of hormone levels and there are usually other associated symptoms or findings with abnormal hormone levels. best wishes
