I have not removed the bandages yet (I'm on day 3 post op). I was instructed to do it on day 4 post op, after showering the 1st time. That's when I will also need to replace the bandages. Therefore I have not seen the incisions. However they hurt a lot and bulge a little. The post opertion bra (Cerecare with implant stabilizer) seems to also rub into to incision area in a very unpleasant way.

Congratulations on your decision to have breast implant surgery. There is no reason why you cannot have your consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon now. However it is best that you wait to have breast augmentation surgery until 6-12 months after finished breast-feeding.
If you are concerned about your hormone levels, best to seek the counsel of an endocrinologist. Breast size is not a very accurate indicator of hormone levels and there are usually other associated symptoms or findings with abnormal hormone levels.
