You can pretty much resume all of your normal activities including exercise after around 3-4 weeks. There is no issues with travelling either after the first couple of days
In general, I would tell my patient at 6 weeks post op Rhinoplasty to go to Disneyland and have a wonderful time. Check in with your surgeon to confirm.
It is common to still have swelling at this stage after surgery that can alter the appearance of the nose, especially the tip as this area tends to stay swollen longer than others. Give it some time as it can take 6-12 months for final results to be apparent.
