Vascular problems like necrosis and blindness tend to present sooner rather than later. At 5 days after your filler treatment, I do not see these two issues being part of your near future. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I don't think there is an exact answer to this. The only thing I would say is that the further out you are from your procedure, the less likely that complications would occur.Of course, you should always be on the lookout for signs of vascular occlusion (tissue necrosis or blindness). With that being said, I would reassure you that if you have no signs of such issues 5 days out from the procedure, the chances of anything else happening are very low.Hope this helps!Blake Raggio, MD
Glutathione Is an antioxidant, and I do not believe it would have any effect on your non-surgical nose job treatment. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I have a suspicion that your nose bleeds may not be due to the filler or the dissolving enzyme that was placed in your nose. Please consider visiting a reputable otolaryngologist for evaluation and management of your nosebleeds. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
We have seen HA fillers last for well over a year in people's noses. That said, some people metabolize hyaluronic acid quicker than others. In many patients, we offer microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections for permanent results. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
