Chino Lipo hasn't worked, what other options would you suggest? (Photos)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Liposuction can only remove the fat deposits located above the platysma muscle. From the limited photographs there appears to be Fat deposits most likely below the platysma muscle for which a neck lift procedure would be required. A platysma plasty is also performed after the sub-platysmal fat is removed. If you're under 40 years of age, there should not be a excess skin present, therefore skin removal would be unnecessary.

It seems to me like you’ve been over treated with that many fat removal procedures. I don’t believe it fat was the primary problem in the first place. Most likely all of your problems stem from an under developed mandible that is small and may lack forward projection in comparison to your maxilla.

Your picture is sufficient to assess the relationship between your mandible and Maxilla.

I suggest having in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. If you don’t get the assessment or answers you need from one provider then have a few more consultations.

More of the same isn’t going to do the job for you.
