Alternatives to Chin Lipo? (Photo)

Question

Hi there! I'd like to find out if there are any alternatives to chin lipo that are safe and effective? I cannot afford lipo and I've heard pretty negative things about Kybella and Coolsculpting. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Also, my lips are uneven due to permalip and I unfortunately don't have the funds to remove them...but if you have thoughts on those I'm open. I figure the under the chin might be most accessible for now. Thanks!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I would say that liposuction is the best treatment for fullness due to fat under the chin.  Alternative treatments would be Kybella injections, and CoolSculpting or SculpSure treatments.

You don’t have a lot of fat to remove so I question if that removal is going to do much for you.

If you can’t afford the procedure then I suggest not having it and focusing on saving money and other things that bring joy and happiness in life.

The primary reason people who are young and not overweight have a double chin it’s related to an under developed mandible that lacks forward projection. In your case this shows on your profile your upper lip has more forward projection than your lower lip.
 
This is the primary reason why your skin and platysma muscle drape your neck in the way they do not because you have too much fat in the area.

I question if federal move out will do much for you but it does deliver nice results for those who have fat to remove.
