What can I do to fix botched chin lipo and J-plasma? (photos)

I had a chin lipo and j plasma of my chin and neck jun 2020. I am unhappy with my results. When I brought up my concerns to my surgeon he said the “bands with soften” and to “massage”. I have both given my chin time and massaged daily with a special tool to no avail. What options do I have to fix? I do notice some skin laxicity from perhaps the skin not retracting? But the biggest problem is the bands. What can I do? I’m 44.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You may benefit from Botox injections which would address muscle (platysma) bands if the bands are worse when u grimace. Alternatively you may be a candidate fo MyEllevate which cuts the bands and places a Permanent suture without scars. Of course best to have a virtual consultation for precise recommendations.

You were over treated leaving very little fat to cover your platysma muscle.

I gave up on J plasma and got rid of the device a while ago.

There isn’t any way to restore the excessively removed fat.

You can try Botox in the platysma bands to see if that helps.
