BBL left large craters on my bum making it embarrassing to wear clothes. 1. Will Celfina flatten the area as a result of dimple/crater removal? I do not want to lose ANY volume. 2. Can't fat fill the dimple / crater gaps and hence promote volume? 3. What can I do to fill out these craters?!?

Answer: Cellfina Thank you for your photos. The most tried and true method of removing cellulite is Cellfina. Cellfina addresses the core problem with cellulite by releasing the bands which tether your skin down and create the dimples. Other methods such as local filler, fat grafting, or skin tightening with radiofrequency or heat may temporarily improve the texture by tightening the skin, but will not create a lasting change to the cellulite unless that tethering band is cut. You can however combine filler with cellfina for more dramatic results. Hope this helps!
