If volume loss is your primary issue, fat grafting, dermal fillers, or injections of a collagen inducer might be a better choice. These treatments add fullness to isolated areas of fat loss, creating a smoother surface. Thank you for your question and posting your picture. The indentations you are seeing are due to a tethering of the skin by fibrous bands. This is the principal cause of cellulite. When you had your BBL, the fat further pushed the skin out but the tethering may have made the indents more prominent. The best way to treat this situation is Cellfina which will release the fibrous bands that are pulling the skin in. You should not experience volume loss with this procedure.
