I’m interested in subcision on my thighs to release the fascia bond. Does J-Plasma release the bond, have an effect like subcision that will untether the dimples or would I need to ask for this separately?

You will need a Cellfina treatment to release the depression. This however, will not allow the skin to come up completely. So, you will need some kind of filler: fat grafting; Sculptra; or hyperdilute Radiesse.
