Thank you for your question. Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) does not have a subcision effect. Renuvion is used for tightening or shrinking of the fibril-septal network beneath the skin as well as having a skin tightening effect. Release of the fascia bonds in the thighs must be done very carefully as there can be a loss of supportive tissue resulting in increased laxity.
