I’ve been looking at subcision options for cellulite and it seems that Celluerase is not available in the US. Could any doctor kindly confirm that is the case? Also, could any doctor advise on the difference between Cellfina and Celluerase — which is better? Thank you!

You would definitely benefit from a Cellfina treatment. A BBL would help also. Cellfina releases the fascial bands but it does not tighten loose skin. If you are scared of a BBL, other options are adding Sculptra or Radiesse.
