Could any doctor advise on the difference between Cellfina and CelluErase?

I’ve been looking at subcision options for cellulite and it seems that Celluerase is not available in the US. Could any doctor kindly confirm that is the case? Also, could any doctor advise on the difference between Cellfina and Celluerase — which is better? Thank you!
