Will Cellfina and Kybella help me? (photo)

Question

I work out consistently and take good care of my body yet I'm still so self conscious. Would cellfina be beneficial for all the bumps and ridges on my butt and legs? I am thinking of combining Cellfina with Kybella treatment on my banana rolls (under butt). I would love a BBL to increase volume and improve shape but the high death numbers really scare me. Any advice to help me improve this problem area would be great.

You would definitely benefit from a Cellfina treatment. A BBL would help also. Cellfina releases the fascial bands but it does not tighten loose skin. If you are scared of a BBL, other options are adding Sculptra or Radiesse.

Thank you for your question.  In my experience, Kybella can help with small areas of unwanted fat and Cellfina can help to some degree with contour irregularities.  However, looking at your pictures I think you might best be served with a very precise liposuction technique of your hips and outer/inner thighs to help reduce and at the same time smooth.  No technique can correct the contour irregularities completely but I think this approach might serve you best.  I would suggest you see a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in all areas, because an examination would be needed to determine which option is best for you.  Good luck!

Cellfina is a good choice for treating cellulite. Kybella is approved for submental reduction of fat and it would be an off label treatment for the legs and butt.
