Thank you for your pictures and questions. I see no evidence of any features of tuberous breast deformity. You have very nice and shapely breasts with a small amount of nipple protrusion. If you are interested in larger breasts, or changing the dimensions or appearance of the nipple, then there may be surgical options for you. Your breasts do not appear to be tubular.  An augmentation would add needed volume and should give you a near perfect result.  

In agreement with other responders, your breasts both appear normal, without "tuberous" features.  There's a wide range of normal.  Breast morphology depends on many elements: Your rib cage, spine, skin type, glandular distribution, amount of gland and fat, nipple-areola complex, surface to volume ratio, intra-mammary connective tissue structure, etc.

Dear sandraschry2,Tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall. it is hard to tell without an examination. No, not at all. Tubular breasts are constricted around the circumference and often have an enlarged areola with breast tissue beyond the plane of the areola, also known as herniated nipple/areola.Your breasts have a normal shape, normal circumference, conical shape where the areola meets the breast skin. They are perfectly normal.

Looking at your photos it doesn´t seems like you have tubular breasts, I think you can consider having a breast augmentation with implants. The size of the implant will depend of what you want and what your body support; the results of this procedure are beautiful, giving you and excellent shape of the inner and outer pole of the breast. 
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine, please also look for a board certified plastic surgeon that helps to get what you are looking for, remember that your safety, always, must be first.

is what you have.  There is nothing to suggest you have tubular breasts.  They really look great so don't worry about them unless you're wanting them fuller and larger.
