I'm 1 year PO. My surgeon gave me high profile 370cc L + 415cc R , under the boob incision. I was always concerned about low nipples and tuberous breasts. My surgeon said before sx that he could do a nipple lift but could guarantee I wouldn't want it. So I didn't . Left side had dropped more so now I have to have another sx so the right can drop lower. I hate them . My nipples point down, they look awful. I'm so unhappy with them and wish I would have done the nipple lift. Or another Dr.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. I actually think that you did now have any distinct features of tuberous breast in your pre-op photos. It also looks like the pictures you have shared are not your one-year postop photos, is this correct?All that being said, I do agree somewhat with your assessment. The implant appears to high on your chest in relation to your nipple. One of two things needs to happen. You either need to raise the nipple (mastopexy) or lower the fold (pocket revision) to make the nipple at the center of the breast mound. A mastopexy may require you going to a smaller implant or you may be able to keep your current implant. To keep the same amount of upper pole fullness you have now, if you choose to lower the fold, then you might need to upsize your implant.These cases can be very complex and I would advise you to seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience with cosmetic revision breast surgery.Best of luck!

Thanks for your question and photograph, it appears that for just having implants, and where you started from, you have quite a nice result. Now that everything has settled and stretched, it would be quite easy to add a Peri areolar mastopexy which would move the nipple upward and center it on the breast mound. Hope that's helpful.
