Congratulations on your surgery. It's still early in the recovery process, so continue to be patient. Here implants will take six months to settle fully. Make sure to follow your doctor's specific instructions for recovery.

Dear karina1030,Dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about your implants are not dropping as expected. Hello,Thank you for your question and photo. At one month post op, you still have a way to go in recovery. The drop & fluff process will take between 2-6 months. Since you have fairly large implants, you can expect some waiting while tissues slowly expand and implants settle. Follow up with your Plastic Surgeon if you have any concerns.All the best

Thanks for your question. You're just one month out from the procedure. The implants will most likely drop somewhat and settle over the next couple of months. I wouldn't even consider talking about a "fix" at this point, it's too early in the post recovery process. You have chosen a large implant, and that implant is going to stretch the skin. Try to be patient. I'm not sure what you mean by "fluff". Hope this helps.

Being concerned about the results of your breast augmentation is completely understandable, particularly when you’ve been correcting a tuberous breast rather than simply increasing volume. At 1 month post-surgery, you still have plenty of recovery time left and your new breast implants will continue to drop and fluff. Difficult as it may be, try to be patient and let your body do the work. If you’re still unhappy 6 months after breast augmentation, you may want to consult your plastic surgeon about correction, but revision should not be considered before this point.
