Had bad lipo. Can a tummy tuck correct this?

Lumpy appearance after liposuction is common after abdominal liposuction.  This is more common with laser liposuction as th cannula tends to be more superficial in this type of liposuction.  A tummy tuck will tighten the skin and improve but not fully correct the appearance of most abdominal liposuction deformities.  Only an individual consultation can answer what treatment might help you.

Very hard to tell without photos. But I will say that liposuction is often not enough without a skin tightening procedure.

It’s hard to tell without photos. A tummy tuck can often make bad lipo look better. Sometimes, SAFE lipo with Vaser is necessary as well.

Without posted photos, benefit of physical exam- it's difficult to give the best answer. Your problem is common, and YES, a modified abdominoplasty will likely offer improved appearance and body confidence.  The procedure must be designed to accommodate and feminize your abdominal wall shape, to improve your belly button, to tighten loose skin, and to leave the shortest lowest bikini scar possible in view of the subcutaneous fibrosis and loss of elasticity that past liposuction procedures have imposed.

question.   It would be helpful to view pictures of your abdomen in order to assess the amount of skin laxity in your abdomen.  If the prior liposuction has resulted in excessive skin laxity, then you may be a candidate for a tummy tuck
with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior.  
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
