Ayr saline gel Ok to use inside the nose?

I being using Ayr saline gel since i have surgery 4 months ago because my nose gets really dry specially at night. But know I am worry because I read that the gel have parabens and that they are cancer causing. I use ointments too like Vaseline and aquaphor but I hear that Petrolatum can cause pneumonia. Can someone help me get a clarification on this, if it is true or not? and if there is any other products that I can use. Thank you!

Drinking alcohol after a rhinoplasty will not affect the outcome unless you got drunk, got into a fight, and got punched in the nose.

It is not a good idea to have a Rhinoplasty done if your going to continue to fight this will atler the results and be a waste of the surgery.

Thank you for your question.  The ZMA tablets themselves pose no significant risk around the time of your surgery.  The vitamin B6 in the tablets can increase the risk of bleeding when taken in conjunction with blood thinners (not by itself).  As long as you avoid blood thinning...

I am not aware of any specific restrictions. However, hormonal changes in the body during presidency do affect healing and can have some effect on cartilage stretching. In addition, many women will experience some increases in nasal swelling or nose running during pregnancy.
