Facial muscular twitch after a Rhinoplasty?

Twitching can be caused by many different things. It may be relatd to early post-op swelling and irritation, but it could be something more. Always best to discuss with and see your surgeon.

While there is no direct relationship between facial twitch and rhinoplasty, there may be an indirect relationship due to soft tissue manipulation, anesthesia, stress, etc. Most likely it is just a temporary symptom that will resolve with a little more time. 

whilst this could be something associated with your recovery there is no direct relationship between facial twitch and a rhinoplasty. Almost certainly it will disappear in a relatively short time.
