Facial muscular twitch after a Rhinoplasty?

I had a Deviated septum corrected, along with rhinoplasty including cartilage tip correction, and hump shaving, 11 days ago. Obviously I know it is still early to tell any results so i won't ask any of those questions. My concern is that I been having a muscular twitch under my right eye. Could this have any correlation? just wanted a opinion before asking my surgeon next week on our follow up.

In our practice, we ask patients to stop all herbal medications and dietary supplements 2 weeks before the surgery,  because some of them interfere with bleeding times and anesthesia. Best to check with your operative surgeon

I am not aware of any specific restrictions. However, hormonal changes in the body during presidency do affect healing and can have some effect on cartilage stretching. In addition, many women will experience some increases in nasal swelling or nose running during pregnancy.
