Why should someone with an autoimmune or muscle disorder not get Botox or Dysport in the forehead?

3502anon
I keep reading if you have a muscle disorder or autoimmune disease you should not get Botox or Dysport. Can someone explain to me why? If it stays local in the muscle being treated, how could it or would it interact with any underlying condition? Does this mean it spreads beyond injection site?
