I used to stAy on Accutane 20mg daily for 4 months (from April 2015)..then i slowly lower the dose in the last month (20mg every 4/5 says) & I completely stop It on May 2016. I plan to have a Rhinoplasty in middle of March 2017 so i have abt 8 months off Accutane to the day i get my nose done).but i still notice that my skin get irritated easily. I sweel n bruised right away when my skin get cut.Am i safe to have a Sline nose job under 4 hours sugery. does Accutane effect my Rhinoplasty anyway?

Following rhinoplasty you may experience drainage from the nose for 2-3 days. It should not be excessive, but will contain some blood and mucous. If you are concerned that there is excessive bleeding you should inform your surgeon. Best regards.
