A rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Hello,Thanks for your question. There are things that can be done to achieve your goals. Your bridge may need some augmentation to make it seem more streamlined from the front, as well as bone repositioning by nasal bone osteotomies. Your tip would need to be repositioned and narrowed. You have something known as malposition of the lower lateral cartilages. This makes your nasal tip seem bulbous. Repair of this plus addition of a cartilage tip graft will make your tip more finessed. It would also help to inset your tip closer to your face. I would recommend that you consult with a rhinoplasty specialist who specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty. For instance, my rhinoplasty practice here in Denver, is 70% ethnic rhinoplasty.
