How can I treat my breast reduction scars? (Photos)

I am 10 months post op. Scars are not raised at all and do not feel fatty/are not obvious with only touch but visably extremely pronounced and hyperpigmented to a point that is almost difficult to believe. What to do, and realistically how much of a difference will it likely make if i do it?

By your description, it sounds as though you would definitely benefit from a breast reduction, but as you have found, it can be very difficult to find a surgeon who accepts Medi-Cal.  Your best bet is probably to try the Mercy system (Mercy Medical Group--they have at least 2 plastic surgeons) ...
