No results 5 month post op lipo. Can someone tell me what is going on?

I’m now 5 months post op lipo in the flanks, abdomen and back. My waist is actually bigger than before the surgery. I have been keeping my calories and carbs low and I have been eating a lot of fruit, veggies and proteins. Please, can someone tell me what is going on?
