I have consulted for combined rhinoplasty and neck liposuction and a seperate procedure for facial fat grafting to my temples. Due to work constraints, I am unable to space the procedures further apart than 3 months and will not be having them preformed together. I have no aesthetic preference for either. Thank you for your time and help.

The alarplasty changed the angle of the nose and made the nostrils smaller. A rhinoplasty can be done with a cartilage graft to increase the tip projection. Also, you need the medial crura pulled together to give you a larger nasal passage.
