5 days ago I had surgery on my deviated septum. The surgery went really well (according to the doctor). They did NOT use packing afterwards and gave me a list of instructions to follow for a few weeks. Today (5 days later) my nose was very full of dried blood which made it hard to breathe. I steamed for a little bit and then used a cue tip to clear up the front of my nose (i didnt dig deep at all) I ended up pulling out this string (what is it) with some dried blood. Is this a problem!?
