It's definitely possible that your nasal bones were moved during the injury. It's important to see your surgeon ASAP to see if a simple procedure needs to be done to reposition the nasal bones. This can be done usually within the first 10 days of an injury. Hopefully nothing will need to be done but a quick visit to your surgeon is an important first step.
In many rhinoplasty cases the nasal bones are "fractured" (osteotomies) to either narrow or straighten the nose. If your surgeon performed osteotomies during your procedure and you bumped your nose, it is very possible you could have "re-broke" the nasal bones. You should see your surgeon right away as this is something that can be fixed with replacing the external nasal splint. Good luck!
