I have had this divot in my earlobe since birth. It really doesn't bother me looks wise although it does not match my other earlobe at all. The only reason I would want it fixed is because my husband bought me beautiful diamond hoop earrings for my birthday and on this ear they turn sideways instead of laying forward. At the moment it does have filler in it that my derm put in to try and fix the situation. It hasn't worked at all and only makes my earlobe look fat and puffy. Can this be fixed surgically?

The swelling on the ear is still there, I would recommend waiting for the swelling to go down more and sutures to be removed before you really judge the look. Contact the surgeon with any questions or concerns. Good luck.
