Pulled out a dissolvable stitch after Rhinoplasty (two weeks post operation). Could it effect my rhinoplasty results??

This should not be an issue two weeks post op. Sometimes that happens with dissolvable stitches. If you are concerned then i would speak to your surgeon

The chronic gut sutures that we usually use inside the nose are generally designed to dissolve and fall out around 10 days- 2 weeks after surgery. The fact that it was so loose that you could pull it out without pain, probably means that it was ready to fall out anyhow. That being said, I don't know your nose or what kind of surgery was performed. Best to ask your surgeon. 

Most dissolvable sutures have done their work by now so removing it should have no impact. It would be best to speak to your surgeon as he/she would know precisely that suture's purpose was
