Ive decided to get my rhinoplasty done overseas, are there any risk of flying 24+ hours after a rhinoplasty? I've read that it's good to stay a minimum week, but what are the risk of less than a week?

This appears to be in the area of the soft tissue facet. I would be very, very surprised if taping did this. In most cases, this will improve as you heal. If not, a small cartilage graft or dermal filler will usually fill in the area of the dent with a nice improvement. I hope this information...
