Will my nose still swell when flying after 10 months post rhinoplasty?

There should be no problems with flying 10 months after a rhinoplasty.  This should not increase the swelling of your nose.  

Nasal skin (especially tip) swelling after a rhinoplasty is troublesome for bot the patient and the doctor.  The patient wants immediate results, and being a doctor, I can tell you that the doctor also wants the same.Ten months following a rhinoplasty, there should not be excess swelling secondary to air pressure changes.  My take on this is that if there is swelling, there might have been swelling even without a rhinoplasty.  Im sure the air pressure, and lack of moisture with dehydration that is common on long haul flights changes the water balance in your body in people who have never had a rhinoplasty.  I have numerous patients fly within 10 days of a rhinoplasty and have not noticed any increase in swelling or complications.SO...
